LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 3D PRINTING BUILDS DOWNLOADABLE FILES

Thank you for downloading from 3Dprintingbuilds.com. This document serves as the License Agreement for the downloaded 3D model files ("Files") and outlines the terms and conditions under which these Files are provided to you by Protomac Corporation/3D Printing Builds.



PERSONAL LICENSE

Under the Personal License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the downloaded Files for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

This includes the right to 3D print the Files for your own use. 

You are not permitted to sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the printed objects or Files to any third party. No modification, remixing, or alteration of the Files is allowed under the Personal License.



COMMERCIAL LICENSE

If you have purchased a Commercial License, you are granted all the rights of the Personal License, with the additional right to sell the physical 3D printed versions of the Files. 

This license is also non-exclusive and non-transferable. 

The Commercial License does not allow for the Files to be used for mass production or manufacturing of the printed objects, nor does it permit the creation of molds or casts for reproduction. The Files themselves cannot be sold, distributed, or transferred under any circumstances.



PROHIBITIONS AND PERMISSIONS

You may not use any of the Files, or physical prints created from them, for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not, under any license, share, distribute, or sell the digital Files.

You may not create derivatives or modify the Files and then claim them as your own original work.

You may not use the Files to create molds or casts for the purpose of mass production or for sale.

Mass production, batch production, and commercial manufacturing of the printed objects using these Files are not permitted under either license without a separate, express written agreement with Protomac Corporation/3D Printing Builds.

If you are interested in obtaining permissions beyond the scope of the provided licenses, such as for larger-scale production or exclusive rights, please contact Protomac Corporation/3D Printing Builds for a separate licensing agreement.


By using and/or printing the Files obtained from 3Dprintingbuilds.com, you are agreeing to adhere to the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of the Files and destroy any copies in your possession.
