PERSONAL USE

The purchaser may:

1. Use these files for personal use.
2. Modify these files for personal use.
3. Produce physical prints for personal use.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use is NOT included with the normal purchase.

You may NOT sell:

- physical prints made from these files;
- modified versions;
- remixes;
- derivative products;
- products substantially based on these files;

unless you have an ACTIVE PAID SHIRE3D PATREON MEMBERSHIP.

Commercial production rights are valid only while the required
Shire3D Patreon membership remains active.

DIGITAL FILE RESTRICTION

Patreon membership does NOT give permission to:

- resell the original digital files;
- redistribute the files;
- share the files;
- upload the files to another platform;
- sublicense the files;
- include the files in another digital bundle;
- give away the files;
- sell modified digital versions of the files.

The original digital design remains the property of SHiRE 3D.

NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Purchasing this product grants a licence to use the files under
these terms. Ownership of the original design is not transferred.

PRINTING AND SUITABILITY

No warranty is given that the files are suitable for every printer,
material, slicer or use case.

The purchaser is responsible for validating print settings,
machine operation and suitability for their intended use.
