- Every current measurement has an Edit Measurement action.
- Any measurement in any project or session can be corrected.
- Saving an edit requires a change reason.
- Preserve previous value, new value, notes, status, user and time.
- Revision history is append-only.
- Existing Design Forge snapshots remain immutable.
- An edit creates a supersession record for affected snapshots.
- A fresh snapshot is required before later Design Forge work.
- Editing does not authorise CAD generation or export.
