Validated user-facing STL and STEP exports belong in `/SHiREVault/SHiREForge/Ready`. Never fall back to local output.

Academy learns and certifies. Forge builds with certified skills. The final Forge is a native SHiRE interface tab; the standalone executable remains a development, diagnostics and recovery harness.
