- Replaced timer-fed Academy execution with a continuous worker.
- Disabled the old Academy scheduler timer.
- Executes the next safe learning action after successful completion.
- Uses the existing scheduler and its nonblocking lock.
- Adds a separate full-throttle single-worker lock.
- Uses 2, 5 and 15 minute genuine infrastructure backoff.
- Stops for semantic review, permission drift and safety stops.
- Restarts automatically after unexpected process failure.
- Starts automatically after reboot.
- Preserved recovered fillets counted Round 3 state before worker start.
- Preserved every Forge lock.
- Sentinel was not modified, stopped or restarted.
