# SHiRE Academy Stage 3A.3.1 — Timeout Classifier Fix

This narrow recovery patch fixes the preserved Boolean canary timeout classification.

The Brain API exception body was capped before the closing JSON brace. Stage 3A.3 required valid embedded JSON and therefore left the old `QUALIFIER_OUTPUT_UNPARSEABLE` label unchanged. This patch uses a strict all-token gate for the already-preserved HTTP 504 / retryable infrastructure timeout evidence, then offers exactly one manually confirmed live-qualification retry.

It does not rerun CadQuery during installation, consume a counted attempt, certify the skill, change Forge permission, or start the retry automatically.
