# SHiRE Academy Stage 3A.3 — Controlled Timeout Recovery

This patch corrects the first real Boolean Operations canary result.

The CadQuery geometry evidence passed, all protected state hashes matched, and no
attempt, certification, or Forge permission changed. The live qualification failed
because SHiRE Brain returned a retryable HTTP 504 during local Ollama generation.

Stage 3A.3:

- reclassifies the preserved failure as `QUALIFIER_INFRASTRUCTURE_TIMEOUT`;
- preserves the original journal and CadQuery evidence;
- exposes exactly one manually confirmed live-qualification retry;
- warms the already configured local model before that retry;
- does not rerun CadQuery;
- does not modify the 371-skill practice state, certification, or Forge permission;
- blocks any second retry.

The installer never starts the retry. Ray must review the UI and explicitly press
`RETRY LIVE QUALIFICATION ONCE`.
